Guarantee on Returns & Replacements
Because of the varied nature of wood, we cannot guarantee consistency of colour or figuring and cannot be held responsible for any damage during shipping. Having said that, we want to have satisfied customers and are willing to discuss any reasonable request for replacement of or compensation for wood that does not meet our customers' expectations.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt:
If we supply the wrong product, we will exchange it for the correct one. We will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if replacement is not possible, we will refund your purchase price including delivery costs.
If you are not satisfied with your choice and you have not yet started working the wood, you may return it and we will refund you the purchase price (excluding delivery costs).
If you selected bank deposit as a payment option, and wish to return the product, full bank deposit details must be provided. If the name of account holder, bank, branch name, and branch code and account number are not provided, the money will be allocated on your profile for future use.
If you selected credit card as a payment option please inform us, if the refund amount is to be paid back to your credit card, alternatively the amount will be credited to your profile.
